Brian Kelly was the only responder of several calls I made to Angie's list electricians who offered 24 hr availability. He showed up in less than an hour to find the cause of my kitchen/refrigerator power outage. He was a Danville local and charged me a very reasonable service call. I have already used him again and recommended him to friends.

I purchased a home that was constructed in 1977. Most of the rooms had no lighting fixtures at all. Brian Kelly completed an assessment of the home and my needs/wants and within a few days submitted a highly detailed and itemized written cost estimate to complete the work. The work was completed on time and on budget (approximately 6 weeks). Any lapse in schedule was related to backorder on a specific lighting fixture and was not their fault. The work was completed by two of his associates who were equally professional. They arrived and departed when they said they would, disposed of all trash in the trash or recycling bins I provided, and cleaned up their construction debris before leaving for the day. They completed work in 5 rooms and a hallway. They installed 10 recessed lights, 2 wall sconces, and a ceiling fan in the living room; two wall sconces and a chandelier in the dining room; 2 wall sconces, a ceiling light, and 2 recessed lights in the guest bedroom/office; 2 recessed lights and a wall sconce in the guest bath, 3 recessed lights in the hallway; and 6 recessed lights, 2 wall sconces and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. They also set up the wiring to later install a water feature on the patio. Dimmer switches were installed throughout the home. They picked up all lighting fixtures from the store and transported it to my home. They often made cost or quality savings suggestions. All this was value added over and above the quoted price that I was not charged for. They also problem solved with other move-in issues. My appliance salesperson made an error in the type of outlet required for my washing machine. I called Brian Kelly and he came out within the hour and installed the appropriate outlet. I would definitely use this electrician again.
