Description of Work: Installer Patrick showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently and installed 2 new toilets. Estimate/cost for work was not the least expensive but a discount was offered. Having a reliable plumber in my area who can do the job is worth the extra $$ consideration!

Description of Work: We had very little water pressure in our shower, so we called Guaranteed Plumbing to help solve this problem. The technician saw right away what needed to be done, went to purchase the necessary materials, which included a new cartridge and fixture for the shower. He had to saw through the bedroom wall to replace the cartridge. He was very efficient, cleaned up the work area, so all we had to do was a little touch up paint on the wall.

Description of Work: Came promptly when called to troubleshoot knocking pipes, diagnosed the problem and told me he would send a quote for repairs. No quote received, called office and they promised a response, and still no quote received.

Description of Work: They installed a dedicated gas line and hooked it up to our new gas fireplace insert. They also installed an earthquake gas shutoff valve. They did a great job.

Description of Work: These guys were great from start to finish. We had a complex job involving multiple drains on two floors, and a back-flow problem in our laundry room that was preventing us from using our washing machine. From first phone call to job completion, our experience with this company was ace. We would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. It was a very satisfactory experience. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and clean. We needed some parts so we ordered and got them. They came back and they didn't charge us for the first call because the old parts had run out.
