THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT

The installation people were very professional, clean, helpful, etc. They did their work quickly and professionally and answered any questions I had. They showed me what they were doing and why. I have not had the insullation long enough to rate the product yet. So far I am very happy with things.

Excellent customer service, provided informative materials even a video of their product, arrived and finished in a timely manner and cleaned everything afterwards.. Would definitely recommend to friends and family members.

A little costly but my utility cost are already paying for it. Good return on investment and makes my house more comfortable as well. Good service and clean install.

From my initial quote/consultation to the time the work was performed, I always felt completely satisfied. The consultant who came to give me the quote, Mr. M. Marsh, was excellent. He worked around my schedule & was very flexible. There was no hard selling or any feeling of pressure. The gentlemen who did the actual work were there when they promised & did the work quickly & efficiently. What shocked me the most was when they finish installing their product they actually vacuumed all the areas where they worked! From beginning to end, dealing with Eagle Shield was a great experience. I strongly recommend working with them.

Initially, the sales person did not inform the installers of the cramp space in the attic area. I had to reschedule the installation for a smaller installer which deprived the original installer of his commission. The installers were friendly and willing to accomodate any of my concerns. From what I could see, they did what was expected considering the access problem. I haven't had a hot day to make any judgements on the properties of the insulation material but I sense a change in the ambient temperature during the mild weather. We shall see as time goes along and whether my utility bills will reflect any favorable changes vs the cost.
