Very good presentation by representative who showed the advantages of their radiant barrier. Installer was on time, and worked efficiently, asking us to inspect the work before he left. The radiant barrier has made a noticeable improvement, now that the desert temperatures have climbed into the 100s. The product in guaranteed to result in utility savings, and so far it seems to easily meet the claim.

Their sales person was very professional, price was competitive with other installers of radiant barrier, and their installer was speedy and responsive. They worked with us in terms of scheduling around other projects that had to be done prior to installing the radiant barrier. It was a very positive, hassle-free experience.

WE were able to reach an agreement on price and installation times for coordination of the completion of the house in a timely manner.

Person who gave estimate was very helpfull had answers to all my questions showed me everything about eagle shield. Installer was allso very professional. I had painters here at the time and he worked around them with no trouble. I have recommened them to my freinds. P.S. my heater is not running as much as it was. I am defenitly saving on gas. so I know it will be the same this summer with electricity.

They were very good at demonstrating the effectiveness of the Radiant Barrier versus just insulation to get you the most for your money spent. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was the exhorbant price tag. A competitor quoted me a price of about half, but was not willing to guarantee the utility costs savings or the customer satisfaction guarantee. The installer was very prompt, efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with both the sales and installer on this project. I would recommend them along with the suggestion to get two other quotes for the same system comparing apples to apples.

we are still waiting on someone to come and make sure it was installed right. they did not over lap it like it should have been. on 2/6/07 the sales man said he would come and take a look but has not come or called. I think it is working I cant wait till summer to see how it helps with the heat.

The guy who gave us the quote was knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations. The installers arrived during the promised time range, and were fast and professional in their installation work. Some of the visible insulation wasn't as tidy as might have been hoped, but certainly within reasonable and expected neatness. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite, listened to my concerns, and acted upon them.
