Description of Work: Dan Mercado and his team designed and constructed an extraordinary living space in our backyard. Our direction to Dan was that we wanted to reclaim our backyard and he executed on this plan exquisitely. He is ethical, dependable and punctual.

+ 1 moreDan Mercado Landscaping did a great job. We got 5 different bids for the stairs. Dan was not the cheapest, but he wasn't nearly the most expensive either, and I've seen his work in our neighborhood. He also does work on multi-million dollar houses, but did our job even though it was a fairly small job (for him). He visited the site several times, and called daily, or stopped by to check on his crew of 4, who worked during a horrible heat wave (with no electricity at our house for 2 days, they brought generators). His crew worked very hard and left the site in perfect condition. We're very happy with our new stairs. We'll be using him for our landscaping and outside lighting also.
Description of Work: Removed old concrete stairs that were built improperly and falling away from the house. Built new forms and created new steps using salt finish and colored concrete. Stairs were on a steep hill - built new stairs to take advantage of existing boulders for landscaping effect.
