Description of Work: We had three locks rekeyed in our new house. The service was professional and prompt. The only reason I didn't give all A's is because the first day that I tried calling for an appointment, the phone just rang without being answered and without going to voicemail. I tried again a few days later and got an immediate answer. It's possible I just caught them on a day when they were having technical difficulties.

+ -1 moreThis locksmith has been around for a while. They are popular because they not only get to you in a timely fashion, but they are helpful and they charge you fair prices. I would gladly use them again if I got locked out of my house or car or if I had any locksmith needs that needed to be resolved immediately.
Description of Work: I used this locksmith to give me magnetic key holders for my 1865 built 1500 square foot cottage. They also let me into my home successfully when I was unable to get into my home. I figured by getting the magnetic key holders, I could never loose my keys again in the future.

+ -1 moreI usually go to the shop to have my locks re-keyed. If I go in it is cheaper then having them make a house call. I really like their service and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They re-keyed a lock on my door for me. I have had them change the locks on about seven doors now.

+ -1 moreDAD'S LOCKSMITH WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND WERE VERY FAST GETTING THE KEY OUT OF THE LOCK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO NEED TO REPLACE THE LOCK IT JUST NEEDED A LITTLE OIL. NOW THE LOCK WORKS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: DAD'S LOCKSMITH CAME OUT TO GET A KEY UNSTUCK FROM THE FRONT DOOR LOCK. THEY GOT THE KEY OUT AND OILED THE LOCK SO IT WOULD NOT STICK AGAIN.
