+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. This company is very competent. I had the problem for many weeks, and it was resolved within an hour. Good at deciding what the problem was.
Description of Work: Spa wasn't working. Jon figured out the problem in less than an hour, and it was an easy resolve, after HE figured out why it wasn't working. He had excellent knowledge. He is now our pool company without a doubt.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. IF EVER I HAVE A QUESTION, I CALL THE OFFICE AND RECEIVE A CALL BACK THE SAME DAY. JOHN, THE OWNER, IS VERY GOOD. HE ACTUALLY DID THE SERVICE AT THE BEGINNING TO GET TO KNOW MY NEEDS AND THEN HE TRAINS A SUBORDINATE TO TAKE OVER. I THINK THAT THIS IS A GREAT METHOD WHEN STARTING A NEW CUSTOMER.
Description of Work: THE AMOUNT OF $99 IS A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR A WEEKLY POOL SERVICE, WHICH IS THEIR CHEMICAL PLUS SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES BALANCING CHEMICALS, EMPTYING SKIMMER AND PUMP FOR BASKETS AND CLEANER. STEPS AND SWIM OUTS ARE BRUSHED AS WELL.
