Description of Work: This was the best experience I have had from a plumber ever. He showed up on time. He know what he was doing. He explained everything. The work was done well and on time. The price was right. I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone who is getting a tank less or standard hot water heater.

+ -1 moreMike and Eric were not only professional and competent, they were what I would call "La creme de la creme".... trustworthy, polite,pleasant, efficient, and very knowlegeable re the product and re what was needed to fix it properly and for a reasonable price at that. I would not hesitate to use them again. Note also: Noritz Tankless customer service is also laudable and I would only consider their product if I had a future need!
Description of Work: Did warranty fix which was extensive and required several Noritz provided parts(HEX and other items) + extra venting parts not covered.

Description of Work: Removed existing water heater and installed new gas tankless water heater. Called 10AM and was on site by 11AM on a Saturday. Estimated 5 hours and finished right on time. Very clean and professional work. I would definitely recommend.
