.Richard immediately responded to our initial phone call for a quote. Whereas several other Local contractors took several days.On awarding the contract to Richard, he was always on time, to the minute he said he would be there.We have a very expensive Persian rug and a Large Mulit-Section China Cabinent . plus a Glass topped Table, in the Living roomand Richard carefully covered everything, such that no paint or dust got on them. He also cleaned up spic & Span every single day before leaving. Richard's patience is amazing, He listens and comments when appropriate, without trying to hurry you up. I was in a hurry to get the job done. I called Richard and he was at my house within 20 minutes to give me an estimate. It happened that he had the morning free so he got straight to work on the job. He suggested that if I went to buy the paint then he wouldn't have to charge me for that time and the job would cost less, which I appreciated. He was done in a few hours and it was good quality work. He was professional and actually did a few additional small painting jobs for no additional cost that he found needed doing.

Richard is very professional and punctual. He can be depended on to be there and to do a good job. He's very honest. His pricing is not the cheapest, which is my only mark-down from an A. I would use him again and would recommend him to you.

I have called the phone number about 5 times, and it says it is the Korbey's residence, but no one answers the phone and no one returns my calls.

Richard painted both sides of the stairwell where one side's tallest point is about 15 feet high and the other side had three 3 feet wide tiered counters. I had 2 maple wood handrails + another maple wood railing which Richard painted white. As in his previous work here, he asked me to purchase the paint and recommended a couple of places to go. I didn't mind doing this at all and in fact, got other ideas of painting other areas. He was careful to fully cover the carpeting and furniture so they would not be damaged with paint and also put on a fan for faster drying and to disperse any paint smells. It took him about 5 hours to do the job.

It went excellent! I could not be more pleased with his work. He was very neat. He got all the work done when he said that it would be. He cleaned up after himself every day. The workmanship was phenomenal, also.

Richard did an excellent job in everything he did. After a while, we realized he was a good honest man who would give a good value for your money. He has artistic taste that can be trusted to lead you in the right direction. We felt comfortable to have Richard work by the hour and not by an estimate. We weren't disappointed as his price was excellent.

We got 3 estimates (2 painters from Angie's List) and choose Richard because he didn't tell us about all the extras that should be done and how having tall ceilings (20') would be additional. He said having him charge us an hourly rate was a better deal for us but he gave us an estimated bid and the final charge was that estimate even though we asked him to do the baseboards after the bid. He does all the work himself which we liked because his work was consistent. It took 2 days, about 7 hours each day to complete the work. If he finished his work at 3:30 but stayed to chat for 15-20 minutes, he charged only the time he worked. Initially, I was apprehensive since he seemed laid back & I wondered if he'd be reliable. He was not only reliable but worked fast, quietly and did a very good job. We were so pleased that we paid him extra. He is a honest Christian man who is not greedy and we highly recommend him and plan to have him return for more work.

He had everything covered. He was the most professional and cost effective. All around great service.

He was very nice and very fair. I feel like we could trust him to do a good job. We're going to have him come back out to do more painting.

WHEN HE PAINTED THE INTERIOR HE SAID IT WOULD COST $300. WHEN HE FINISHED HE ONLY CHARGED ME $150. HE IS A GOOD CHRISTIAN MAN AND EVERYTHING DONE WAS GREAT.
