Whatta team are Jennifer and Jason! Jennifer set the schedule up efficiently and then accommodated our unexpected change without rancor. She provided clear, written instructions about how to prepare our house and what to expect afterward. Jason was punctual, cleaned our carpets where we'd requested, and left us souvenir booties to wear until the rooms/halls/steps dried. We won't be so apprehensive next time about calling up service providers such as these.

I am beyond happy I found Kona Carpets! Jennifer always finds a way to get my appointment quickly, Jason has cleaned my carpets multiple times they come out beautiful. He is so nice and efficient. He has cleaned my 91 year old Mother in Laws as well extremely efficient and friendly.

From my first communication with Kona Carpet & Tile Cleaning I received excellent customer service. The office staff was very efficient and helpful in scheduling our carpet cleaning and the men who came out to do the job were professional in every way. We had all the carpeting, an area rug and an overstuffed couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. GREAT JOB! We will definitely use them again and have already referred our neighbors to this company.

Jason cleaned and sealed my pavers on my back patio. He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond for me. I needed edging on one side and he went to Home Depot and purchased and installed the edging. I am 79 and he came back and put all my furniture back! Kona is wonderful!
