Ii wouldn t consider any other carpet cleaning company after the excellent 5star service and results I received from Kona Carpet. It started with the prompt follow up from Jennifer to my request for carpet cleaning. Then she already had a copy of my floor plan from the address I had submitted so we could discuss exactly which areas I wanted to have done ... very professional! Then she texted me a half hour before my technician Jason would arrive.. helpful so I m not waiting around in a 2 hour window. And Jason KNOWS this business - he truly CLEANS the carpet - not with lots of soap - but with very hot steamed water and state of the art commercial cleaning and extraction - top of the line all the way! The last carpet cleaning we had looked clean for about two weeks then felt gummy and looked dingy because there was so much residue left in the carpet. My 10yr old carpet looks and smells so clean and is still soft to the touch - no residue. The only problem any potential customer might have is that they may not live within Kona Carpets area that they service 😍🤩!!

I was contacted by Kona Carpet and Tile within 1 minute of submitting my info! I was given an arrival time of noon - 2:00 pm. Jason showed up 15 minutes early! Work was completed quickly and professionally. Will definitely use them again

My carpet is made from corn fiber so it requires specialized treatment and Kona came into the job knowing exactly what needed to be done. They were on time and did a great job without creating a huge mess.

Jennifer (in the office) was very quick to respond and answered all my questions. She was able to get me into the schedule with very little notice. Jason (lead tech) let me know when he was on his way, was professional, personable, and efficient. The carpets look brand new, and the deodorizer scent is fresh and clean. Jason even left some plastic booties at the door to keep dirt tracking back in to a minimum.
