Carpet cleaning rep was very knowledgeable and explained some issues with the carpet and a root cause associated with a particular stain that was actually in the padding. It was great to hear that the product used was organic and not harsh chemical based. He was on time, treated the stains and cleaned the carpets leaving them looking fantastic! The price was reasonable and they had great customer service. When it's time to clean the carpets again, this is the company I will call. I highly recommend them.

Make sure you tell them the exact set up of your residence. They had to use my garden hose to hook up to their machine, else they would not have been able to shampoo my carpets. Have hired many different companies for years and that has never been an issue.
