Excellent customer service from Jennifer who set up everything and explained all the options to Jason who was on-time, professional and friendly and his assistant,I believe his name was Jimmy who kept them on track by making sure he was on task. They are eco-friendly, affordable and do excellent work. My carpets are unbelievably sparkling clean. I am Carefree from Carpet Care! I look forward to trying to other services to.

I received a call back almost immediately after putting in the quote request on a Thursday morning, the scheduler was very nice and helpful, she quoted me a great price based on the amount of carpeting we needed cleaned. She also promised to call me back when she could give me a more accurate arrival time beyond "3pm at the latest" on the following Monday, but didn't until mid-day Monday. I spoke with the technician Monday morning when I called his number on the website, he wasn't able to give me better than 3-4pm estimate either, but managed to arrive at 2:30, which was great for us. He did a great job on the carpet, getting literally all the stains out, and was done in time for us to leave.

They showed up on time, took great care in moving my furniture around in order to get to all the spots other folks I've used in the past failed to clean, and made sure I was happy with the job they did before they asked to get paid. Their prices are very competitive. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. If you need your grout repaired and your tile floors cleaned and sealed this is the company you'll want doing the job.

Jason came today to clean our carpets. He was able to come and clean our carpets late today, which was fantastic since I was off work. His work was quick and clean. He also gave me lots of insight on how to maintain my carpets. The carpet looks fantastic, smells fantastic and feels fantastic. I will use Kona Carpets again!

Professional, Prompt and Courteous. I am particular and was dealing with a pet accident. Rugs looked like new when done. I ended up having Jason and his team do all my rugs and stairs. I will be using them again for floor tile cleaning.
