Had 2 skylights and a solar tube installed. Tim did a great job and is very thorough. He is very methodical and does quality work. Only downside is it took a lot longer to complete than quoted and there were some surprise fees for things he encountered along the way, some of which could/should have been foreseen. I would highly recommend Tim for the quality of his work and his pleasant demeanor, but would recommend a fixed rate quote before starting.

Tim Underwood did an excellent job in replacing our 23 1/2 year old rectangular skylights. He repaired the inside well where the old tape was coming down, the plastic inside covers as the old ones were cracked and also put in new insulation around the skylights. He advised that the new replacements should help with our energy bills as the old ones had a crack and had shrunk over the years from constantly being in the sun. I would recommend him to others needing their skylights installed or repaired. This project took him two days as he was doing the job by himself with any help.

VERY FRIENDLY

Our 25-year old skylight window pane had slipped leaving about 2 in. by 7 ft. opening to the sky. When he came to look at it and give an estimate, he was prepared enough with supplies to fix it on the spot at a decent price.

It took 2 weeks to have the skylight made to fit the existing hole in the roof but once Tim got the skylight it only took them approx. 2 hours to complete the job. They were very neat and orderly in doing the job. We are very pleased with the results.

Tim was very professional, efficient and did the estimate and install very quickly. He was very honest about the ailing condition of my roof and recommended a roof contractor who also was professional and came right out to check out my roof and make recommendations. I strongly recommend Tim and his company.

Skylight was removed and tile roof replaced with interior wall board replaced, finished, and painted. Extensive work required, neat, clean, and good craftsmanship. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Tim is personable, follows through, and has good workers. He repaired some drywall cracks, as well. I would recommend his company highly.
