We are very disappointed...when I spoke to the owner I explained what we needed him to do, which was to disconnect the electricity to the 2 sky lites...he had to open up the box frame were the motor was on each sky lite and disconnect the wires. He had to disconnect the wires on the transformer.(I sent him pics of the sky lites before he came to our home) Quote was $400. When finished he charged us $550. ($150.00) more than quoted. He used no materials and only had to disconnect wires) And we felt that $400.00 was a lot, but we wanted an experienced person to do the job. We feel we were over charged.

Great Service will use again

Home Advisor was the most favorable connection that I had ever experienced.

I hired Tim to replace the skylight and repair the leaks. He installed the skylight but we had the same leaks when it rained 3 days later. He did not show up when promised to come back to repair the leaks. After that he was non-responsive to phone calls or text messages. I would not recommend him to anyone.

The guy installed the skylight but didn't bother to tell me that the flashing & roof paper was exposed. So when it rained 3 days later we had the same leaks. After that he was non-responsive to phone calls. To top it off, he charged a high price. Stay away from this guy.

Quick reply when job was needed. Reasonable quote and speedy job with some upsell after the fact. Still leaking the same as before he put in the new skylight. Have called and emailed 3 times for them to honor warranty. No response. Do not hire these people. Tim at Allied Pacific Construction ripped us off. Update - Tim finally did make good and fix the leak so we are happy about that but the lack of communication and the fatc we had to track him down was frustrating. So, for that reason we would not use them again.

They did a great job, were neat and completed the work quickly with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend them and would use them again absolutely!!

Tim installed 2 solar tubes and replaced a a new skylight and I'm pleased with the job performance. He seems very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting the job done right.
