Quentin Hyde

During the first meeting, Quentin took the time to thoroughly understand our likes/dislikes, must-haves and would-be-nice's. He then used that information to come up with a comprehensive list of homes in our price range that met as many of our needs as possible. He was always available to show us homes no matter how early or late. 
When we found the home of our dreams, he got as much information as possible on the sellers, recent sales in the neighborhood so that we could formulate a competitive bid and still be where we wanted to be price-wise. 
Once the sellers accepted out offer, Quentin worked hard to line up our inspections quickly and easily with very professional home inspectors and termite inspectors. We got our reports quickly and decided to proceed with the purchase.
Quentin made sure that the timeline was held and all milestones met until our purchase closed and we received our keys  - which Quentin brought with a very nice gift of wine and dinner for our first meal in our new (to us) house.

Quentin Hyde is the best. They are warm and very professional. They are dependable people and are reasonable in price. They are always punctual. I will surely use their services in the future.
