+ -1 moreHe discovered that the toilet seal from the tenant above had to be replaced, He's letting the ceiling dry out in hopes of saving the repair that was recently done. The wonderful thing about Rocco is that once we discuss the issues, he takes it from there and keeps me posted, also does a great job! I feel confident that it will be done right!! I've been very fortunate that he's someone I can count on.
Description of Work: I've used Rocco many times, He's the first one I call for projects because I have found him to be very knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy! This particular time he was searching for the cause of a new bathroom ceiling leak in a 8 unit apartment complex.
