Description of Work: David refinished the hardwood (engineered) floors in our loft. We'd previously been told that the hard wood material of the floors was too thin for refinishing, but we'd seen David's work in another unit.

Description of Work: David efficiently restained and refinished the hardwood floors in our new house. His price was reasonable and he did everything he promised -- on schedule and on budget. Actually, he did more than promised, filling and covering nailheads, making repairs, laying new wood in a closet. And he was a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly!
