A plus quality HVAC

There was nothing good about this experience. In terms of professionalism they are cheating. The most part I don't like is how much they charged me. When I called them, they asked me what was wrong with my furnace. I told them it is running, but shutting off and going in circles. They did have a basic idea of what is wrong. Two guys showed up, and I was a bit surprised. I showed them the furnace and I told them what I did because I had replaced some parts. They started to measure the voltage, and it took less than 10 minutes. They tried to replace the control board and they had it on had. The furnace was fixed. Only one guy worked and I helped him by using my flashlight to help him to see in the dark area. The other guy stood on the outside of the house and the other guy is in the crawlspace. After he replaced the board I asked how much I owed him and he said he would give me an invoice. So it surprised me that they charged me $480 for that amount of time worked. Then I paid them. After I checked the price for the part and with the price for the part they charged somewhere around $350 person. That is why I don't like them. I think they are cheating. The other thing is that they charged me a one person job, they charged me a 2 person labor cost. The cheapest part I found online is $40 for the part and that is with shipping. There is a local dealer that sells to the public homeowner and they charge $90. The owner charged me for the job. So I called and I said you over charged me for the job. You charged me two labor and it is a one man job, and you overcharged me for the part. He said he is a business, and I said you can't mark up that much. He returned $100 to me. But that is still a markup of $150. Normally the contractor only marks up $15 on the part. There is nothing for quality that they provided. Normally if they are experienced they can tell what is wrong right away. I had already replaced the sensor and they took it out. I told them it was brand new and had just bought 2 days ago. They put it back and said that it may night be in the center of the ignitier. They moved it and it didn't work, so that tells you about their experience. Their diagnosis is not good.
