+ -1 moreWe had a great experience considering all the work that was done and we are extremely happy with the results.The work crews always showed up on time. There was no down time caused by workers being called off to go to other jobs. Mike had many suggestions that greatly enhanced the final results.The work crew was professional but also friendly and it did not feel as if we had a bunch of strangers in the house. We had some plumbing problems that occurred unrelated to the project and one of the workers was a licensed plumber. which provided us with an onsite quick repair.
Description of Work: We initially scheduled repair of an area of the foundation that needed to be fixed before we could have a sliding glass door to our patio replaced as part of installing new dual pane windows. At the same time another contractor was putting new kitchen cabinets and a sink. Mike made some changes to the location of the water pipes in the kitchen that made for a better fit for the new cabinets. At that point we kept adding on to the project. We had recently had recessed lights put in the kitchen, but the workmanship was very poor and Mike was able to correct that. The kitchen area was expanded into the family room with new tile and the downstairs bathroom was completely redone. We also had recessed lights put in in the family room. We were so pleased dwith the results that we continued with remodeling our living and dining rooms. The entire downstairs was then recarpeted and repainted.
