Services Our services include all manner of design, sales, demolition of existing and installation of new cabinetry and countertops in your space. Initially, we strongly encourage prospective clients to visit our creative kitchen showroom, where they can see diverse examples of our work. Then, if the client chooses, we schedule a home visit to assess the scope of the project. There, we will discuss the three basic elements which will serve to guide, influence and help us formulate the ideal design: We listen carefully to our clients’ specific needs; we assess the unique features and constraints of their existing space; and we establish a budgetary range in order to stay within the financial target. Upon establishing the client’s budgetary window, we then ask for a retainer in order to begin the design process. The amount of the retainer is based on the scope of the project and may be deducted from the overall cost of the job. The design process begins with an in-depth interview where we discuss everything from product choices to color palettes. Appointments follow, during which time the design is adjusted as necessary until the client is completely satisfied. Thanks to our cutting edge design systems, you can actually see your brand new kitchen design before your cabinets are even ordered. Our advanced design software will give you the satisfaction of knowing that what you see is what you get. The final phase is project management. We offer full-service installation of all home improvement products using licensed subcontractors. We will act as the general contractor for you. Worst experience ever! Signed contract for 14 day kitchen remodel. Contractor demo'ed our entire kitchen. We noticed shoddy workmanship and stopped work. Manager/company rep inspected ongoing work. Confirmed our complaints. They then stated that their design was flawed and had been underbid by their store designer. Refused to continue work without an additional $3,000.00 to remedy their mistake! We complained in writing to corporate RMO and CEO explaining that our family had no kitchen facilities and that our house was a disaster!. Never personally responded even once. After several weeks store manager finally responded in writing to say that they would refund our money( in payments) but if we removed the unfinished cabinets we would lose our entire down payment/refund!. Contacted an attorney and the State Licensing Board to institute complaint procedures. Unfinished cabinets remained in our home for nearly six weeks until we agreed to a partial refund and to buy the cabinets! Totally uncaring. Found reputable contractor to complete the job.Buyer beware!
Description of Work: Contracted for entire kitchen remodel, including demolition and removal of old cabinets, sink, and oven. and installation of new cabinets, electrical, and plumbing. Contractor began work on time. Owners questioned workmanship and stopped work a week later.
