The experience was awesome, and Nick is a very good trouble shooter. He was able to find the problem and show me what was wrong. He explained to me the process of how this socket might have failed and gave me some options to help prevent this from happening again. He was extremely professional and seemed to enjoy the problem solving side of this.
Description of Work: Nick came out to do a service call for me. A few sockets on a wall didn't have power and he was quickly able to trouble shoot the problem and fix it quickly.

He showed up on time and with about 30 minutes he figured out why the outlets where not working and fixed it. It turns out it was a junction box in the attic that was knocked out of order when I was having my attic insulation installed. I have used nick for years and even desired our home or most of it a out a year ago!
Description of Work: Nick came over to help troubleshoot a few outlets that were not working.
