+ -1 moreOwner came out 5/15/2017 and recalibrated combination, taking it apart, oiling it, and making sure I could get in again. Price for service call was reasonable. Sometime later in year safe became highly inconsistent in opening; maybe after 10 tries at one time. I called company and asked that they come out again. Owner never did call me back. I called again in Jan 2018 and spoke with son. He said he'd pass message to father but again, owner failed to respond.
Description of Work: Had an old safe I could not get into.

+ -1 moreHe texted to say he was on his way. He arrived, took care of the job in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Plus he made additional keys for me.
Description of Work: Put in new locks on our back door into our garage to match our new front door lock.

+ -1 moreWhen the locksmith came out, he forgot one of the doorknobs to re-key. He didn't come out for another 3 weeks to replace that doorknob. During that time, I went to their shop on a Friday or Saturday and no one was there. I had found it very weird that a locksmith company would be closed on the weekend. Also, when he came back out, the doorknob didn't match the color of all the other doorknobs.
Description of Work: I hired them to re-key and replace some doorknobs.

+ -1 moreDrew was so wondeful. He arrived on time, listened to what we needed done which was to replace the locks on the front door/back door screen to make them all one key. Then install the lock box to the wall and show us how to use then make us extra keys. He was paitent and so kind. I will use him for all my lock needs.

+ -1 moreI called Cypress Lock and Safe on Thursday night and they fit me into the schedule Friday morning. Drew was prompt, friendly, and quick. I explained to him what I needed, he checked out the locks, gave me an estimate, then got to work. He was done in about 2 hours--I am happy with the results. Although it was pricey, it was definitely worth it.
Description of Work: Rekeyed house to a master key--Had to change 3 locks from Schlage to Kwikset in order to do so. Also created submaster key for gate and garage for gardener or contractors. Total of 12 locks changed/rekeyed.
