Outstanding! our design engineer was Giana S. and her work was truly outstanding. She designed our kitchen cabinets and the general layout of the new kitchen and took care of everything related to the cabinet install. She coordinated with our general contractor and the workers to make sure every thing was perfectly installed. Her design abilities are top notch and her customer service was also top cabin. We feel very fortunate that we found Patty Hayos of Signature Kitchen & Bath Design to design the layout of our new kitchen. She spent all the time needed to get it just right, including designing two different scenarios for us to choose from. Patty is very experienced and creative in utilizing every square inch to maximize counter space and cabinet space. She knows the product backward and forward and knows every option available. She showed up early one morning to receive the cabinet delivery at our house to insure that everything was delivered as ordered. We took advantage of her recommendation of a contractor to install the new kitchen and are glad we did. Sean Prudhom and his team did a great job of installing the new cabinetry, appliances, tile backsplash and floor, and reworking all the electrical needs to meet code. The final result is a very beautiful and very functional new space that serves as the heart of our home.

Signature Kitchen and Bath Design offered us a customer-centered experience that left us comfortable, satisfied, and impressed with both the end product and the process of getting there. It started with Curt spending over an hour explaining to us the basics of cabinetry, like the styles, the designs, the wood types, and the colors. He answered all of our questions without giving us any pressure to put down a deposit. In fact, he encouraged us more than once not to make any commitments until we're completely comfortable and have the five remodeling decisions all sorted out: cabinet, contractor, counter top, floor, and appliances. On a hind sight, we were very relieved that he gave us this advice, because it took us much longer than expected to find a good contractor. During the process of deciding how to design our kitchen, Curt offered a lot of good insights and helped us pick a final layout that we are very happy with. Patty also helped to put in some finishing touches. The wood is high-quality even though we chose the silver line, and everything is either solid wood or plywood. There was no MDF or particle board. It was also made in North America. During the remodeling process, Curt made himself available to answer questions on site, and after remodeling, he showed us how to tighten the hinges, so that the cabinet doors don't bump each other when opening. At the end of the whole process, we are completely satisfied, not only because our kitchen looks fabulous, but also because we understand why it looks good. We were referred to Signature Kitchen and Bath by our contractor and happy we were. Upon meeting with Patty Hayos we were delighted with how personable, professional and knowledgeable Patty and her staff were. We were doing a major remodel and configuration change. Patty was very through in her planning and designs. She had great advice in making our kitchen not only beautiful by so functional. She came out a couple of times to meet with us and our contractor to overcome some tight and hard roof angles we had. Patty was also there for the delivery to insure everything was as ordered. Gorgeous cabinets that reside in a now-beautiful kitchen. I worked with Patty Hayos. Extremely responsive. We did have just one glitch where one cabinet was not the right size. She worked with the contractor and immediately ordered the replacement. Expedited the replacement. No issues. There are so many decisions to be made in selecting cabinets, finishes, trim, layout, internal bells and whistles. Her guidance was extremely valuable.

I was lucky enough to have Patty recommended to me and once I met her and toured her showroom, I knew she would do an excellent job designing my new kitchen. However, she actually exceeded my expectations! Patty is highly creative, she's professional and personable - she made my kitchen remodel a wonderful experience. I receive many, many compliments on the various cool features of my new cabinets and I have Patty to thank!

We engaged with Patty Hoyos, owner/designer at Signature Bath on a major kitchen renovation. After accepting the job, completing designs and committing to a schedule that was coordinated with a major home renovation, Patty unexpectedly backed out because “she did not have enough time” to get to our project . The broken commitment caused our overall schedule to slip and we lost a lot of money. Patty is probably fine for small/insignificant kitchen cabinet work, but if you need a vendor that you can rely on for a major project, this is not the person you want to work with. In addition, after obtaining a competitive bid on the project, Patty dropped her bit by 38%. Clearly if given the opportunity, Signature Kitchen will take a client for all they can.

The project went superbly. Signature Kitchen resolved fa few issues we had with the initial cabinet quality immediately. Also see above.
