Did everything on the schedule agreed with. Had one leak in external sprinkler line they fixed right away. Very firendly and reliable,

True professionalism and level of customer service gets tested when something goes wrong and the provider has to remedy the situation. (When a repair goes right we just take it for granted). Victor, the owner of Marti's plumbing earned the highest rating for promptly providing a remedy to repair that was not finished right. Victor, who is the owner, arrived himself on a Saturday following reaching out to me on a Friday evening. His professionalism is outstanding, his knowledge is great and he was courteous and accommodating, He dispatched one of his plumbers to finish the repair and verified that it was done right. I highly recommend Marti's plumbing and they have earned the highest rating for professionalism and customer service.

Plumber cut (with a saw) the threads of exiting 1.5" galvanized iron pipe near wall, inserted washing machine outlet hose into it and left. Obviously water back pressure caused water to overflow out of pipe on floor. Calling provider they refused to knowledge and refused to sent plumber back to rectify. Provider left me with a need to remove pipe from wall, repair sheet rock, etc. Provider deserves to loose his license!

I am a member of Angie?s List. I found Marti?s on this list. The sewer line from our washer to the Laundry room toilet appeared be blocked. When we ran the washing machine, the water backed up in the toilet. I called Marti's at 9am on Monday July 6th. Carlos arrived around 11am as schedule. He accessed the problem and returned the next day to complete the job. He snaked out the drain and installed a two-way clean-out system. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. I don't know the going rate for jobs such as this, but $1425 seemed fair given the nature of the services rendered. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about the services provided. In my opinion, they know how to take care of their customers. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and use this company again in the future.

My sewer line was blocked from the kitchen sink to the septic system. I called Marti's around 7pm and they estimated arrival in 30 minutes. Slightly less than 30 minutes later John arrived, provided an estimate, then proceeded to clean out the drain efficiently and effectively. While the job was straightforward, it was done professionally, with a positive attitude, and effectively/efficiently. I don't know the going rate for jobs such as this, but $185 seemed fair given the timely and effective nature of the service.

On a Saturday morning I discovered that a pipe under the house had burst. Dean from this plumbing firm came out, went under the house, and discovered that the pipe burst because a previous plumber had applied a galvanized cap to a copper pipe. As his truck did not have all of the supplies, he had to go back to the office. Upon returning we saw that the pipe was still leaking water despite the fact that we had turned off the water at the shut off valve. It was then decided to shut off the water at the main valve by the curb. Alas, there was a leak at the curb. At this point, Dean instructed me to contact the water company. Their technician arrived over an hour later in the evening. He ended up replacing the water meter. Even though the main valve was shut off, the water in the pipes were still leaking out, thus preventing Dean from soldering. I assisted him by turning on and off various combinations of faucets in the house to complete the draining. Eventually, the water stopped leaking and he was able to complete the job. Dean had come to the house initially at 3pm and left close to 9pm. He exhibited professionalism, patience, and great customer care. In the end, he also other potential areas for improvement.

Went very well. They responded our call at 10 PM very quickly and fixed the next morning.

FABULOUS. They were honest, prompt, and more reasonably priced than any one of our contractor's bids - which is why we originally chose to do business with them. However, I would continue to do business with them because of their work ethic and superb customer service. They worked their butts off and were here for install nearly all day. They ran into some unexpected issues and had to go buy a few additional supplies and time. Our contractor had been nickel and dime-ing us with this as "added charges" throughout the remodel when this would happen. So, I sat, prepared to be charged additional. But, Marti's did not charge us a dime more than what they put on their original bid for us. I paid them extra just because I thought they deserved it and I knew I would have been charged way more from anyone else. They are honest, ethical, and very professional/friendly. I will use them again and again - and will recommend them again and again.

My call for service was not picked up immediately, but I left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. The person returning my call was friendly and very pleasant to speak with. They had good availability and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They did have availibilty that evening, without extra charge, but it wasn't a good time for me. I was impressed with this service though. The plumber who worked on my home called ahead of time as promised by the office. He was also pleasant to speak with. Directions to my home are bit complicated and he took direction well. This made me happy, since several service personnel I have worked with had difficulty with this. The work started with a free inspection, consultation, and quote. He examined the pipes under my sink, checked on the time it took water to drain, and recommended snaking the drains from the kitchen sink and bath tub. No work was recommended on the pipes; he recommended to see if the small leaks would stop once the drain was cleared. The quote seemed very good to me, so he then proceeded to snake the two drains, first the kitchen sink, and then my bathtub. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
