The owner of the company made a comment this was a relatively small job and that he was very busy this time of year. Apparently the job was too small for him to fit it into his schedule, however a phone call stating that would have been much appreciated.

His prices reasonable for the job. you get what you pay for. He and his crew arrived promptly in the morning till 4 P.M. daily. The supervisor Chay would stop by frequently to see how the job was going.

I hired this company because the owner (Jay) had his own crew and the price was acceptable. I also assumed he would over see this project. In the end we had many issues with the work completed. His crew consisted of one foreman and some other people, where they came from we do not know. We never saw Jay until he came to pick up a check for each phase of work completed. At one point we received a notice of a mechanics lien because he had not paid for the cement he used on our job. Some problems: They did not match the grout in the stone work we had done. We are noticing loose stones in the stonework. When they made the step for the sliding glass door they covered the weep holes on the outside, therefore when it rains the water does not drain and accumulates inside the house at the sliding door track, we have noticed cracking in numerous areas of the cement, the drainage from a pump in well where the pool cover has never worked right. I must say, if we had an issue while they were working they did address this issues, but since the completion of the job we have not heard from them.
