CUPERTINO GLASS AND WINDOWS

We aren't ready for them to do the work yet, she was able to give me a point of when I should call her. She listened and said they would take care of us and I know they will.

It was a disaster. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. First of all, they decided that my old window frame was too difficult to take out, so they did a retrofit installation leaving the old frames sticking out from the stucco, which looks very odd. Later on, my GC was able to take the old frame out and restucco without much difficulty. During installation, Cuptertino Glass staff also smashed glasses all over my bedroom and backyard, even spilling into my pool. I had to go through the pain of vacuuming and cleaning up myself! The worst of it all is, when I told them that I would not give them the business of my remaining windows and shower glass, the owner got mad, cut me off the phone and never delivered the window trim he was supposed to give me even after 6 weeks of installation, now I have to ask my GC to do the job. They also used the cheapest plastic trim which is aesthetically disturbing. I basically have to take them all out and redo all the window trim. Their price is NOT great either. For 4 windows, I probably saved $150 by going with them instead of going with Milgard plus my own GC, their window looks ok but not great. Going with them for window installation was a disastrous decision on my end. I will update with photos of the poorly retrofitted windows later.
