 + -1 moreJack is a very friendly guy and an artist by nature (he has a cool van that he painted over with Van Gogh's Starry Night). Anyhow, Jack arrived on time and took time and care to make sure my carpet was clean and I was very satisfied with the end results. His price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Jack (owner) provided a honest and fair quote upon arrival before starting the work. The quote was much less than what I had anticipated due to the fact that he does not charged for area that won't be clean due to furniture coverage; e.g. under beds, dressers, etc. Basically, he charges $0.15/square foot of carpeted area and $1/per step for stair cases. He uses rotating-wheel cleaning machine (not hot-steam-spray kind) along with non-chemical solution (citrus base that's kid/pet friendly).
