We specialize in homeowners with a critical eye for details. Our projects are well run, finished on time and we leave the property CLEAN! We also do wood refinishing on cabinets, doors and windows. Drywall repair, new smooth ceilings covering old accoustic ceilings are our speciality. We are not the cheapest bid you will get, but you will never feel ripped off. We are offering a 10% discount to all Angies List members!

Promptness says a lot about a company. Appt was for 10am. He called and said he would be there at 10:45, but arrived after 11. I had other workmen here by then so he caused a disruption with the overlap. Said he would email his proposal that nite but I didn't get it until 5 days later. First impressions like this are important.

I was traveling from West LA and traffic was jammed, so I called the client to let her know that I was going to be late. I gave her an estimated arrival time. When I got there she was very annoyed that I disrupted her schedule. I waited 45 minutes for her to finish talking with the HVAC contractor. I could tell by that conversation that we were not going to be a match. I did the estimate and NEVER said that she would get the Proposal that night. It does take a few days for turn around. She got the Proposal and I never heard another word from her. 6 months later, this is the review she posts. Customers like this make contracting very hard. I have thousands of satisfied clients and when I don't get a reply after sending a Proposal, I don't give it a second thought. Not everybody wants quality work, some people are just price shoppers, and I am never the cheapest bid. Being licensed and insured we can't be. She talks about first impressions, well it goes both ways...
