+ -1 moreI had a problem with the dishwasher flow, which when I looked online, many of the problems were from plumbing connecting the dishwasher. He checked through all of the connections and common problems. It turned out that it was an internal problem with the dishwasher and he provided guidance to handle this with the owners of my rental apartment. I had purchased a 2 hour offer and he gave me an hour credit for any other issues that arise. He is not a dishwasher expert and said that from the first conversation. He was prompt and honest from the beginning. When I asked about things such as reducing water usage in toilets, he gave me some tips to do so that don't require installing any fancy device. I would recommend to anyone with a plumbing issue, as he is honest, reliable and at a good price. If you have a specific appliance issues, either discuss it with him before hiring him.
Description of Work: He helped to identify a problem with plumber to the dishwasher to developed a solution.

+ -1 moreHe did a really good job. I recommend him. In fact, I've got his address someplace in case I needed him again sometime. He is very knowledgeable and he brought the right tools in the first time. He is a good plumber. For the cost of the single trip out, it was reasonable. The quality was great. It's working fine now. I told him what was there and he went right to work and took care of it. He was supposed to be here sometime between 8 and 12 in the morning and he got here probably after 7 at night so punctuality was not too good. They said that they had an emergency but that happens, I understand. He didn't make it here when I was told he would be here and I spent 4 hours here waiting for him and he never did show up for that one, but he did eventually come and everything was fine from then on. I don't know if it was him or the company that put him off and put him someplace else. He was very professional. My plumber for 40 years retired and out of business so I was looking for a replacement, and he seemed to be an excellent guy.

+ -1 moreI purchased the two-hour plumbing online deal. The plummer showed up and waited for me to get home. He was very polite and patient. He went to the store to obtain the items needed to complete the work. He actually fixed my faulty door knob which had nothing to do with plumbing.
Description of Work: Replace shower hardware, correct leaking kitchen faucet, correct dishwasher water overflow onto counter and check water heater to adjust water temperature in kitchen faucet.
