It went as hoped.

Called them and they set a time for the next day. Arrived on time, were quick, courteous, and professional. Cleaned up well, and didn't track stuff all over the house.

two guys arrived on time, 3:08pm of a 3-4:30pm window, and were done in 0.5 hour. ran a snake through my roof sewer vent to clear out a main line blockage. where other estimates were from $350 to $210, these guys at $178 were the lowest of three other bids. everything went smoothly.

The plumbers showed up within the specified time frame, located the problem, and went right to work and repaired the problem, and cleaned up very nicely. The price was very fair to me and them. I would use "my plumbing doctor" again. Good job.

Called in the morning and Warren and assistant came out asap. They fixed a leaking shower faucet and our disposal in an hour. They were polite and fast and got the job done well.

It went very badly. The plumber was on his cell phone constantly, and he barely communicated with me about the project. He also continuously washed his hands which further clogged the drain. A few days later, I noticed that water wasn't draining properly from the sink, so I called the company about the issue. They said someone would be out within a couple of days. However, they called back later saying they could not do the work because it isn't under warranty. I find this frustrating because the plumber never mentioned a warranty, and there isn't any mention of one on the receipt.

Called Warren mid-morning and scheduled an appointment that day. He arrived on time, gave an estimate that included a replacement part that he had with him. Cut hole in drywall to check for any other leaks or damage - thankfully there was none. He was very quick and very professional.

Warren's technician called the next morning as promised and I met him onsite 20 minutes later. He set up quickly and cleaned the clog. No muss, no fuss. Great job.

Contacted The Plumbing Doctor at 7am regarding a backed up toilet. I needed expedited service as I was flying out of LAX in 3 hours. Warren and his assistant arrived by 8am, they stopped by on their way to another previously scheduled job, and cleared the stoppage, by 8:30. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous and efficient. Would call them again for this kind of problem and based on their performance and attitude will call them again for larger jobs.

I called Warren for my 3rd opinion, and he said I shouldn't assume it's the mainline so quickly. The next morning he was at my house at 8am, and by 8:05 he told me it wasn't the mainline, it was a clogged laundry line and 2 partially clogged toilet lines. He augured and cleaned out all 3 lines, and was out the door inside of an hour. He charged me $139 for the work, versus the $750+ the other guys wanted to charge me. Warren was extremely knowledgeable, professional and upfront. I would definitely call him again.

I thought my shower drain was clogged and tried Draino to no avail. I called the plumbing doctor, and they came in about an hour, right when they said they would. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the drain quickly and explained what the problem was for my future reference. Great!

He and his assistant were at my home within 15 minutes and had my line cleared within 20 minutes. I knew how busy he was and was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and friendliness, while working fast he also made time for conversation that never made me feel like a slam bam visit. He cleaned up, wrote me out an invoice and thanked me for calling him and the business. I was so happy with the service, the speed of his response and impressed with what a pleasant person he is. I will call him for any of our plumbing needs in the future and confidently recommend him!

Very friendly folks. The job just prior to mine went on longer than expected; they kept me completely informed and let me know that they would be delayed. When they finally arrived, they got right to work. My drain presented some problems; they had some difficulty getting past the trap. They had additional equipment that did the job. Once they were able to access the pipe, they were done in a jiffy. Everything was cleaned up and they were on their way. A very pleasant experience!

I told him what I thought was the problem, and he found out what the problem was. He was very honest and told me I had much less of a problem. I was not there so he could've charged me more and taken advantage, but he didn't.

Warren was referred to us by another plumber who was not sure he could get to the job that day. Warren came on short notice, and was able to quickly determine the problem. He used a video camera to spot the blockage (caused by roots) and cut into the main sewer line and installed release valves to efficiently clear the blockage to make any future clearings easier to deal with. We highly recommend Warren. He is easy to deal with, knows what he is doing and is efficient.

My experience was very positive. Warren came out a couple of times to analyze the defective pipe and he gave me a very competitive quote. The work was completed on time and was exactly as expected. He put the camera in the new sewer line to show the work he did.
