They lied about putting copper under the outside front lawn. My brother in law who is a contractor in San Francisco came down and checked it and said he replaced that a year before. They charged me $1,000 for that but were only willing to be give me back $400. They lied about replacing a part that my brother in law also found and they finally replaced it but only after my brother in law took the old part out, and I have the old part. They had several workers under the age of 20 that didn't' know a hammer from a screwdriver and the supervisor they gave me was Peter Rios and he was not appropriately licensed even though they promised me he would be. At this time they stated several people had complained about him and he was fired, and he also threatened me on the phone after he was fired. They sent somebody out after all of this named Isaac, he fixed a few things and promised to come back and complete everything but it has now been 4 months and he hasn't come back. I even gave him $50 in hopes he would come back and he never did. I called and went by the shop several times and even wrote letters but they haven't been out since. They finally did send a very rude person out and only for me to sign a paper saying that the work on my home was completed. The owners are Janna Swanson and the second owner is Prahlad Wahoff aka Paul. Update 08/03/2012: They sent all incompetent workers. See my original complaint for all details.
