Description of Work: They came to my office, made repairs on a computer whose hard drive was going bad. They managed to save all of my data before the hard drive crashed for the final time. very good work and very quickly done.

He made sure all of my devices (laptop, iphone, ipad) connected to the network and ensured that I was able to print. A terrific experience overall -- definitely recommend!

+ -1 moreHe took care of both of them in a timely manner. I made a couple of calls afterwards with some questions, which he didn t charge me extra for answering them. He was a joy to work with, he solved all my computer problems immediately, and I have recommended him to several people since that experience.
Description of Work: Our computer had a serious virus and he was able to repair it by running an anti virus program in it. The other one needed a tune up, so he de-fragmented the hard drive. He did the work at my location and it took 4 hours.

+ -1 moreThey did excellent work. They are very personable, punctual, kind, intelligent, informative, and very helpful.
Description of Work: They did transfer of data from one PC to another. They did a complete setup of the new PC and removal of spyware and viruses from an older PC. They did installation of an automated maintenance package.
