The end product was very good, but working with this contractor was a nightmare. He does not use a computer. He does not have a cell phone. Getting him to do the work is exhausting. He continually demands money before the work is done, then you have to constantly be on his tail to get it done. He's a nice guy, but should not be in business.

They don't ever answer the phone or return calls.

Luis was prompt in arriving for the initial meeting and estimate of total job. He made a number of excellent recommendations to reduce excess water usage. His crew arrived promptly on the designated start date. The crew did the removal and trenching, but Luis did all of the technical work himself. He installed 9 different watering stations which are customized to the needs of the plants in each area. (i.e. the rosebeds have bubblers that only water the roots of the roses, shady areas get shorter watering times, etc.) The lighting was done to enhance both safety and beauty of the yard. Everything is on commercial grade timing systems. The work was completed as scheduled, and Luis has come back twice to fine-tune everything.
