On Thursday I called someone to take care of a large leak in my kitchen sink. I was able to get someone out to my home on Friday. I needed to get a new water filter and a faucet. After the leak was corrected, I asked the technician to leave as I needed to check difference places for a faucet and didn’t want to pay him to wait around while I was gone. When I arrived back home, the technician was still there so I paid for him to sit there and do nothing. It took the technician about 30-40 minutes to fix the leak on the faucet and he waited while I got a new filter. He installed the new filter and checked out the faucet. I was charged $98.00 for the first hour and $75.00 for the extra hour and half so the total bill was $173. My husband asked him to call the office to see about any kind of Angie’s List discount that might be available and all he said was “that is what we charge”. I don’t want to pay for the extra time that he was there because I informed him to go home especially after he told me that he got off at 4:00 p.m. $173.00 is too much to pay for the little amount of work and effort he put into the job. We have also stopped payment on the check.

I contacted Kendall Plumbing because they carried the brand of disposal I wanted (Insinkerator). Their service was prompt. Two plumbers arrived with the new disposal in hand within a couple of hours and within another hour, installation was complete. They replaced the old brass plumbing with new plastic which was probably a profit for them right there. My only objection was that the price for the Insinkerator was $70 higher than was available at Home depot. This was the premium I paid for my own haste.

We had a huge drain backup during the storm on Sunday. Kendell came on Monday, fixed a drainage pipe and coordinated a Hydrojet application. They are the best.

Leaking toilet. Annoying. They came when they said they would. They fixed it. They are GREAT! No one else will EVER do our plumbing.

Came at time promised. Worked very fast. Made a simple repair where as another plumber had said would have to break thru a wall and do a major repair. Charges were reasonable. I will use them again. Very happy with them.
