+ -1 moreDue to the lying and cheating of the co-owner of Jonathan Construction, I would warn people never to open your door to the snake. I cancelled on Day 2 after contract signed and called them to say I'd selected someone else. Oren and his assistant came to my home uninvited and were going through gates, looking through the windows when I didn't answer, and kept banging on the glass. He was "so concerned" about me. Wish to God I'd called the police on this lying slime. My favorite lie was "your signature only means you're interested". One or two of them would harass me and my worker at least daily. They don't leave until they have all your savings and you are years in debt. I'm not embarrassed and I want to tell other people how bad it hurts to be taken by such lowlife scum. I am a disabled veteran almost in a wheelchair due to severe pain. That's how much Oren "cares". Rot in **** Oren. [Member information removed]

Description of Work: converted bedroom to large bath. started a little slow, they did get going and finished in 3 weeks after i asked what the delay was. they said permits were being slow. did ask me to go pick up the type of vanity and hardware I wanted, gave me price list. said it was so I got what I wanted, it worked out nice as we took our time and looked at lots of stuff in person, not just pictures. Work is good, had 1 problem with tile not being put down as I wandted it, which they fixed in 1 day.

+ -1 moreI was unable to make a payment due to some financial circumstances. When I called to notify them I would need to hold off on this process they got upset with me. They cashed the check after I asked for a refund and have not returned any calls I have been giving them.
Description of Work: They required a $245 down payment for re tiling my kitchen.
