Description of Work: Tented our house, garage and back house. Sprayed around the exterior of the back house for subteranium termites. They were scheduled to be here between 10:00 - 12:00. Showed up on time with every meeting we had. ( inspection, pre-tenting meeting, and spraying afterward). Covered everything we needed to do before the tenting. Removed everything on time and without damage to our property. Very happy with the results.... Two year guarantee.

Description of Work: Joe Alvarez who did the inspection was on time and seemed thorough and honest in his estimate. But it was all down hill from there. On the day of the "tenting," the company doing the actual work came hours late. Then when they arrived, they did not have all of the necessary equipment. Joe was contacted several times to rectify this problem with the company not arriving as scheduled. He was "suprised" and "it was not like them." Really? Then the "tenting" company told us that we did not bag our food stored in the refrigerator correctly; this is after Joe demonstrated to us how it should be done. On the morning that company took down the tent, they called very early in the morning - before 7 AM. They needed the key to our house. The workers were given the key, and then they misplaced it. Joe was of no help again when we complained about the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the company he sub-contracted with to do the actual fumigation work. And lastly, when Joe's people came to do the wood/repair work, they had to ask my husband what work needed to be done. Seriously? You are asking the customer? Of course, we were suspicious that they did not do all of the necesaary work. We asked Joe to re-inspect the property before we paid him. He reluctantly came out to the property. And we were correct. His workers did not do all of the work under the house. Joe apparently did it himself later that day. We hope. There are countless other companies in the greater LA area. Choose one of them. Description of Work: We had termites in our detached garage which needed to be removed.

Description of Work: JC Evans investigated and treated for subterranean termites, which included trenching and spraying the exterior foundation at the front of the house, and spraying in the crawl space under the front of the house. They also replaced small amounts of trim with dry rot damage and painted the new trim to match.

The pointed out the necessity of replacing wood in the garage and carried out this work as well.

Description of Work: Stuart & Hyman treated all of the pre-designated sites where termites were found under my house, in my attic, living room parquet floors, French doors, deck railings, & deck underframing. They also treated surface fungus found under a bathroom from a previous leak.

Description of Work: THEY DID AN INSPECTION. THEY CRAWL UNDER THE HOUSE AND IN THE ATTIC AND CHECK ANYTHING THAT IS WOOD IN THE HOUSE WITH VARIOUS TOOLS. HE IS CHECKING FOR TERMITES.
