Description of Work: In the middle of a rainstorm, I found out my roof was leaking. My son tried to fix it, but it was too much for him. Juan came out, realized I needed a new dormer and caps on vents, did the job on a day when it wasn't raining. It has rained again, and there's no leak.

Description of Work: I never received the follow up call back to schedule my appointment. The owner told me he would call me the FOLLOWING week to SCHEDULE an appointment. How ridiculous is that! Then never called.
