+ -1 moreI GO THERE OFTEN. SOMETIMES WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE IS HARD TO GET SERVICE SOMETIMES. THEY LOST BUSINESS FROM ME ONE TIME BECAUSE I STOOD AROUND FOR 20 MINUTES. I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

+ -1 moreAS MUCH MONEY AS I PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, I WAS TREATED LIKE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER. I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE WITH MY COMPUTER FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE A TECHNICIAN EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS WAITING. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM FAIRLY EASY, BUT THE WAIT WAS RIDICULOUS.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A HOME COMPUTER WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3 YEAR WARRANTY FOR $150.00. MY COMPUTER WAS INFECTED WITH A VIRUS, SO I HAD TO TAKE IT IN TO THEM AND HAVE IT FIXED.

Description of Work: I PURCHASED A COMBO TV-VCR TOSHIBA 13' WHICH HAD A PROBLEM IN THE LINE-IN CONNECTIONS (RCA). I DISCOVERED THIS PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO USE THE LINE-IN CONNECTING MY CAMCORDER, ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I PURCHASED THE TV/VCR. I WENT BACK TO THE BEST BUY STORE #179 IN CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, WHERE I PURCHASED IT TO HAVE THE TV/VCR FIXED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KIND AND THEY GAVE ME A BRAND NEW APPLIANCE.
