+ 0 moreRic is a very talented interior designer and it was a true pleasure working with him on the renovation of our condominium building's lobby. Ric is very knowledgeable about architectural styles and used that knowledge to transform our lobby from its previous dated and mismatched style to a more contemporary style while maintaining design continuity with the architectural features of the building's exterior. We had a limited budget for the renovation/remodel project, but Ric was able to source quality pieces well within our budget. I would highly recommend Ric!
Description of Work: Ric provided interior design services for our condominium building's lobby renovation/remodel. His work included preparation of drawings, sourcing all materials (furniture, art work, decor/accessories, tile, paint colors, hardware, etc.), making presentations to the Board of our Homeowners' Association as homeowners, budgeting, project management and coordinating with the contractor and his team.

+ -1 moreThe actual project was extremely detailed and well thought out. Permits and inspections were taken care of in a timely manner so that when the actual work began it progressed smoothly. His crew was attentive to the needs of the residents and made sure there was ample space each day for entrance and exit through the lobby. There were many days I would come home to find Ric in the lobby with the contractors overseeing the smallest detail. The finished product was a beautiful and functional space we are all very proud of, and a serge in buyer interest. All in all a very sound investment. I would personally recommend Ric for any residential or commercial design project. His open demeanor coupled with fabulous design skills make for a win-win in any situation.
Description of Work: Ric met with several members of the board and those on the design committee, listened to what we were looking for and came up with 3-d drawings of his proposal for the lobby remodel, including all costs, permits, time line and furniture options. He also attended the monthly HOA meeting to answer any questions homeowners had regarding the overall project as well as individual areas of concern. He was consistently attentive, polite, knowledgeable and open to any and all inquiries.
