On May 1, 2014 I called Forest Green Tree Service to find out if an arborist could come to my home to assess the health and provide treatment to a flowering ornamental peach tree in my front yard. Their website indicated that they treat sick trees so I called the phone number listed on their website and got a voicemail message from Henry Bravo, the owner of this company saying to leave a message. However, I couldn't leave a message because the voice mailbox was full. So I went back to the website and left a message in the "Contact Us" section. I received an automated email reply saying that I would be contacted by Henry Bravo "soon". By the next afternoon, no one had called me nor contacted me by email so I decided to call them again. This time, I was able to leave a message, so obviously, someone had picked up the messages from the previous day and cleared the voice mailbox. It's been 2 1/2 months since I called Forest Green Tree Service and no one had the courtesy or professionalism to call me back or send an email to tell me they couldn't or wouldn't help me. I find this company to be very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

No service was provided. But I have a referral.
Description of Work: I called, described a pest problem a tree is having and asked if they have a tree doctor. They don't treat tree with pest problem, but they gave me a referral.

Great from start to finish. And you of course I was so happy to pay $50 less than expected!
Description of Work: This is the second time I used forest green. The first was to try and save a dying tree in my yard. Unfortunately it couldn't be saved so I had him remove it including the trunk. I dont remember the exact cost but it was very reasonable compared to other companies that I called. This time around he trimmed a date palm and a hedge in my front yard. His original estimate was $250 but he ended up charging me only $200 for all the work. And he trimmed the palm without the use of spikes in the trunk that most of the gardeners use in my neighborhood.
