It was fine. Very pleasant. I was grateful and they did a great job.

Started at the quoted price but cost went up as problems arose. Were told the cost of new problems as they arose. Job was well done but at triple the original estimate.

I had to have the main gas line replaced. Riley was the tech on site and who gave me the estimate. A bit of sticker shock. However, with the scope of the project, I realized the price was fair. The guys were here everyday on time, worked hard, took care not to mess the yard up beyond the 80 foot trench and when they were done and the inspector came, Paul came out to fill the trench back in. Paul was very professional and conscientious about making everything just as it was before. Everyone was nice. Elyse and Aracely in the office were very nice and made sure all my problems were followed up on and addressed. I would definitely recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone in search of good service. For what it's worth, I found them on Angie's List where I also found a roofer who I'm equally pleased with.

Reily clearly explained the problem and what was required to correct it. The finished project was well done. The work was best and looked professionally done. They wore protective covers on their shoes, covered the floor and Cleaned up.

It went great. Very helpful, reassuring, prompt. More work still to be done, but the work begins.

Ford's Plumbing is an excellent company. They are reliable and the work was excellent. Their employees are extremely nice and good and very informative. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very happy to find them.

Fabulous service and fair pricing - not the cheapest but you can tell they know what they are doing. I thought there was a leak in the hot water heater - within minutes Reilly found it in the wall and we realized it was a much more extensive issue then I initially believed. They are currently in the middle of fixing the problem. They additionally found a pipe that needed to be replaced under the house. New dry wall will be put in tomorrow (I had to hire my own drywall person) and hopefully everything will be put back into place by the end of the day. They have been very professional to deal with and very responsive to any questions we have had. I would use them again!

I have used Ford's Plumbing in the past, and they've always done good work, they are honest, working with me on price and services, and are overall good people. So when my kitchen and pantry area sink fixtures, and the wood cabinetry underneath, gave up the ghost I knew who to call. This happened during our current Covid-19 outbreak, so Ford's was down to a skeleton crew, but they still managed to scramble and get done what I needed to get done. My sink cabinets needed repair before Ford's could install the fixtures. I ended up repairing the structure under the sinks myself, which took some time, and Ford's was flexible with the scheduling. They also recommended new fixtures by Kohler, which they said would be much less susceptible to admitting water into the undercabinet area (and thus causing wood rot) as my previous fixtures by Hans Grohe had been. The plumbers, Reilly and Dino, had worked on my house before, so their familiarity with me and my house was reassuring, and they are good guys. Robert, the owner and office manager, was very helpful, although during this Covid outbreak, communication was disrupted, and calls and emails were late in being returned. Robert explained that his staff was cut back drastically (some wives wouldn't let their husbands come to work), hence the slowness in communicating. I understood, and we worked together to get what I needed done, done. This company is reliable. Hopefully nothing else busts right now!

It did not happen. I emailed them on Saturday and followed up on Monday to book an appointment. I had an appointment booked for today, the next day, with an 11-1 window. They called at 1130 to cancel the appointment and offer another day. I don't need to have people be unavailable on the day they say. I can accept missing a window, but I won't be using a company that cannot keep an appointment in the day they were supposed to. Good luck to others who need timely help.

Excellent, 100% professional service from our initial visit with Reilly who snaked our backed up sewer line and then Dino and Martin who followed up minutes later with jetting the line so it was clear of any debris. It's great to know I have their number saved in my phone for emergencies. Thank you!

Not good. The contractor charged me $199 just for coming and attempting in first visit. charged me $499 for 2nd visit. After clearing the blockage in the 2nd visit, warns me it may block again the next day if I don't do his suggested repair for $10500!

we are renting and the ceiling on the first floor of our house caved in. there is a bathroom above it and the landlords plumbing company couldn't find the leak. I called Ford's based on the reviews and they were able to identify the source of the leak quickly. Great service, responsiveness, and value. Highly recommend.

Riley and Ford's guys were terrific. They did the work thoroughly and quickly and finished on time. Everything passed inspection with the gas company and was well done. A very nice crew who worked hard.

Scotty was prompt, professional and efficient. It was a seemingly easy job for him but a huge relief for me to have it fixed before guests arrived!

Other plumbers passed on this job saying it was too complicated or they could not fix it. Ford's Plumbing, specifically Reilly and his team, were very positive and were able to find a creative solution to a complex problem. I wish I had found Ford's Plumbing earlier! Rather than rushing into a patchwork fix that would not have been aesthetically pleasing, Reilly & Team spent a lot of time upfront to come up with a plan that other plumbers had told me was not possible. They flawlessly executed the plan and my fireplace is now back in business just in time for winter! Not only was the gas line replaced and the leak fixed, but they always showed up on time (if my arrival window was 8am-10am, they would always be in the early portion of the range), everyone in the crew was very pleasant and courteous and they kept their workspace extremely tidy doing a great job of post-job cleanup. I would recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone and they are now my go-to plumber for all needs that come up. I am so grateful to have found a reliable team that I can trust to come through in a pinch.

Great. I've used them many times before. They are always professional and honest. They have also been very accommodating and understanding when I've been in a bind financially, which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend them to others.

They did a really good job. Had hired other people do donthe same job and they weren't able to fix it. But now my problem is solve.

Called Ford Plumbing since they did the original installation. Instead of doing a thorough diagnostic check to determine the real problem, the technician (Ryan ?) just checked error codes (which we had already done with the factory rep.) and repeated a comment from the original work order that stated the gas line was undersized and needed to be replaced at estimated cost of about $2800. (More than the cost of the new heater with installation). He was able to restart the unit after doing a hard reset but didn't determine why the unit cut off in the first place. All he wanted to do was upsell us on replacing the gas line. As soon as he left, we tried to get hot water and...nothing. We then called a trusted plumber from out of the area and found that the Ford's technician had shut off the gas to the unit after showing us everything was working and without telling us that. Probably did this as he left to get into his truck. I guess he hoped we would not notice and would have to call him out again. There's no other explanation for how the gas valve got shut off. Our trusted plumber verified that the unit is working normally again and informed us about the gas valve being turned off. Our plumber has installed a number of these units and told us it is unlikely the gas line is the problem. Very dishonest on Ford's part. If you use Ford's, they know how to do the work, just be aware that they will try to sell as much work as they can get away with. I would never use them again.

I called a few other plumbers with high ratings in the mid afternoon. Most of the other company's phones I called were answered by someone just saying "Hello". They all said that they were booked and no one could come until the next day. One other company told me that they would charge double to come after 330pm. Ford's was the only one that was answered by what sounded like someone in an office. Although they were just about to close, the woman said that she would see if she could find someone on the GPS in my general area. She said someone would in fact come for the repair. Although they were coming past the end of the their day, they still said they would only charge the regular rate which was very reasonable. Scotty arrived within about 30 minutes, even though it was the beginning of rush hour, and wrote an estimate. Without me asking, he said we would get an Angie's List discount! He explained clearly what he was going to do, and what might be needed if it didn't solve the problem. He also let me know before beginning the work, that there may be a certain amount of unavoidable mess under the sink that he would do his best to clean up. After the first snaking didn't solve the problem, he took off the pipes a second time and tried again. This time it worked. I was surprised how reasonable the charge was, even before the discount was applied. When he was all done he asked me specifically if the cleanup he had done under the sink was to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the job done, and the fact that Scotty explained before and during what was going on. Especially surprised when he asked about the cleanup. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Reilly came to take a look at the house we just moved into. We had a laundry list of questions- and Reilly gave us in-depth answers, estimates, and explanations. We’ve been working with our land-lord’s plumber, and getting terrible information. Reilly was a breath of fresh air. Professional, prompt, detailed. Will be hiring again, no question. Ford’s had him out within two hours of our call. Incredible.

Scot was friendly, efficient, and able to quickly diagnose the leak and make recommendations to fix it.

Had an old water heater that was about to explode and called Ford. They came out, scoped the work, and got me hooked up with a waterless for about as much as it would cost to replace a new tank. They took care of the meter, the tank, the piping, the everything, and even threw in some new fittings for some older pipes I had in the utility area. Ford's was very accommodating, fast, professional, and eager to earn my business, even though I didn't bargain very hard. I'd recommend them all day.

I have used Ford's plumbing and heating 4 times now. Each and every time I call, I am PLEASANTLY surprised and happy with everyone I deal with. From the initial call, to the arrival of a technician, it is always A+. Today, Reilly showed up to help me with a toilet that has taken a vacation. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and did so for a ridiculously reasonable price. I will use them solely for my plumbing and heating needs.

Riley was awesome!!! My kitchen sink was completely backed up, not draining and it was Sunday. Needed it fixed before the week started. I called Ford Plumbing and was put through to Riley. He informed me that, because it was an after hours job (Sunday), it would be $299 minimum, but he could be out within the hour. Riley was prompt, professional and so nice. He got the sink cleared and pipes running for me. He also took a look at my bathtub, which was draining slowly, and got that working as well. Riley didn’t charge me anything over the initial call out fee of $299. This is the second or third time I’ve called on Ford Plumbing and I have always been happy with them - on time, pleasant, professional, clean up after themselves. They are the best!

I call to come in to re-piping under the house. He told he did the pipe under the crawl pass. He never did it correctly. I had get someone else to come repair his work.
