Ford's Plumbing and Heating

Ford's Plumbing was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. The estimate was fair and the technician was very informative. The estimate seemed high but I asked to use the Angie's List coupon and I was given a $100 discount. Two technicians showed up, took care the issue efficiently and I was made aware of two other existing issues with plumbing in my townhouse. I will definitely use Ford's Plumbing again when I take care of those issues. They did not push their services, only made suggestions that I would have never known about.

They came on New Years Day and were very professional but I paid for it.

The service went pretty well overall. Reilly was a great plumber; showed up as scheduled, performed his work efficiently, and gave me tips after installing my new garbage disposal as to how to keep it clean and running well. The one downside is that I was supposed to receive a call to schedule the estimate, which I did not receive, and I was supposed to receive a call to schedule the appointment once the estimate was done and the parts had arrived, which I did not receive. I called both times to follow up and schedule both the estimate and replacement of my disposal. The plumbing service itself is fantastic, the plumber himself was amazing, but I would highly recommend calling back yourself if you're expecting to receive a call from someone to schedule your appointments. I also received a follow-up call from someone at the service today, a week later, to make sure everything is working properly. It isn't often you receive follow-up calls to make sure everything's good, so this was a definite plus.

Every time it rains (not so often in L.A.) my drains get backed up... long story short, I called fords plumbing to unclog my drains, again..and again they came on time and cleaned them within 45min. I will continue to use these guys!!

I am disappointed in the overall responsiveness of the business. I have waited over 10 days now for an estimate and scheduling for a job that was requested over three weeks ago. I have also requested several times for estimates on future work without response. I met the plumber at the site and waited three hours the first time he was supposed to be there.. The second time my husband came out to meet the plumber and waited all day. The next time part of the crew were there and the main plumber came over two hours later. They are nice when you have their attention and do the job but do not return phone calls or arrive when they say they will come.

The valve and line had to be replaced.

It went perfectly! Excellent phone service, quick appointment time, prompt arrival for that appointment, friendly and helpful plumber. I look forward to working with Ford's Plumbing whenever I have an issue. Thanks for the very positive first visit, Riley at Ford's Plumbing!

Seemed competent. Tried to upsell to most expensive option.

We had a leaky drain pipe under our sink. it started out as $1600 and wanted to add $6000 worth of work with the gas line and I decided not to continue with them. They also left a hole in my wall and didn't patch it up. The plumbing is fine but the rest of the work was very shoddy.

Quick appointment, and the pipe was capped and leak stopped.

Excellent service. Prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and Ryan did great work. I will be using Ford's Plumbing again. I was referred to them originally from the Nextdoor app, and found great reviews on Yelp and Angie's List.

The repair went well. Everold arrived on time and ready too work and did a good job fixing the problem and was very helpful. The repairs turned out to be more tricky than they sounded but were successfully completed. I was pleased with the repair and will use Ford's again. Not the cheapest, but worth it for a job well done.

These guys are fantastic. Our heater and water heater both quit within two weeks of each other, so they were out at our place several times around the holidays to get it fixed. Riley is most polite and fantastic at his job. Our landlord is really happy with their service, too. I can't recommend them more than enough. Hot water is working, heater is working, we are happy.

The plumber was capable, honest, and inexpensive. He was careful, took his time, and spoke with me. He politely pointed out the sloppy work I had done in my home 2 weeks prior by Showtime Plumbing (rushed and expensive). The price was reasonable, and even more so with the Angie's List discount. They are very busy, but worth the wait if your plumbing problem isn't urgent.

i was concerned because i smelled gas. i've used this company in the past and never had a problem so it was a no brainer to call ford's. the technician was in and out in 20 minutes. he tightened down the gas flex (i think?) to my stove to stop the leak. i will definitely use them again.

The entire team at Ford's Plumbing was incredibly professional, accommodating, and the work done was outstanding. Our plumbing tech, Reilly, proved invaluable in troubleshooting the initial plumbing problem and his installation of our new fixture was flawless. We called Ford's scheduler numerous times as a result of work issues and they were always courteous and helpful. We highly recommend Ford's Plumbing!!!

Awesome< very professional, quick and reasonably priced

Broke off my hot water turn off valve requiring turning off the water to our house. They could NOT fix it because of the holiday week-end and left. We were never told the visit was an estimate only and the repairs would have to wait. We needed out leak repaired and we had to call another plumber to do the work as they left us with no water. Very poor outcome and will not use them again.

They did a good job in a timely way. When I called them they gave me a time that they were coming and they came at that time. They seemed very knowledgeable. I was satisfied.

As usually everything went perfect, I've used fords in the past and will continue to use them. They are honest and fair.
