Description of Work: We only needed one room carpet-cleaned, and Scott was generous enough to discount below his minimum fee to do this. He did a great job, was very informative about suggested maintenance of other flooring in the house, and clearly knows his business. Very professional, congenial, and all-around great guy providing a good service. I see why he has so many high marks on Angies List!
