These guys are absolutely fabulous! I have been searching my whole adult life for a satisfactory carpet cleaner and am always disappointed. Drake's immensely exceeded my expectations. We had them clean our carpets, a chair and a few area rugs and we were so pleased with everything they did. They are clean, careful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with carpets. They did not oversoak the carpets, as some cleaners have done in the past and they are spotless and fresh smelling, and Drake's does not use harmful chemicals, so we were comfortable having them cleaned with two small children in the house. No trace of chemical smell whatsoever. They are also not out to make a quick buck--they recommended what we should do as far as cleaning our area rugs and what would not be worth doing, given the state of our rugs. Since their first visit, we've had them back to do 3 more area rugs and are always amazed at the results. We had one area rug that arrived from the retailer really smelling pretty awful, but it was a hard rug to find and we got a pretty good deal, so we tried airing it out, cleaning it ourselves, and then had TWO different carpet cleaning companies clean it, but it still didn't smell very clean. After such amazing results from Drake's, we decided to ask them if they could do anything about the smell. We got the rug back and it FINALLY smelled completely clean. We were so pleased. And, they are super nice, to boot. Highly recommended!

I called Drakes company based on reviews. I explained to Scott that I had super bad pet stains on my off-white carpeting, but wasn't able to pay for extra treatment. He assured me that his guys would do the best that they could - And they certainly did!! They called within 30 min. of arrival time, were personable, professional, courteous, and very thorough. I couldn't believe how almost every stain was completely gone! The very few pale markings that remained had been very old stains, and even those looked better! I was so happy with Drakes, that I will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly! Thank you so much!

They showed up on time, they were nice and excellent at what they did. They took my area rug to their shop to clean it and brought it back looking wonderful.

The owner of the company came to the house to give a bid. She was professional, very knowledgable and took measurements. She returned with the employee who was to complete the job. He offered more suggestions and estimated how much flooring had to be purchased to replace the termite-damaged boards. I was given directions as to what I needed to do to prepare for the work. The day of the job start, the owner and the workers arrived two minutes earlier than the 8:00 start. They moved the furniture that was too heavy to move and got to work. They taped certain areas to prevent dust from the sanding and proceeded to prepare for the sanding. I was provided with a timeline as to what would occur each day and was told exactly what I needed to do and when I could walk on the floors and put back the furniture. The owner came by daily to check on the work. Every day I look at my beautiful oak floors and thank Drakes for the wonderful job! I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism of the company employees.

We were very satisfied. Scott was courteous, punctual and responsive when called. He did a great on short notice cleaning the carpet in preparation for an open house. I would highly recommend him.

Drake's picked up at my old home and delivered back beautifully cleaned carpets to my new home. They moved furniture and made sure they were positioned as I liked in my new home. I chose to have their Scotch Guard so the price was higher than norm, but well worth it. I only wish I were prepared with a nice tip because the guys certainly deserved it!

The man arrived within the time we had agreed upon and was friendly and informative. We have 3 older cats. We keep up spot cleaning between professional cleaning times, but sometimes cannot get the stain out. He spot treated, then cleaned again.

Finally getting around to writing this review. We were happy with the service overall. They picked up the area rug, cleaned it and brought it back cleaner and brighter. Very courteous and professional. And the price was reasonable. It took a little longer than expected, which is understandable considering our area rug is very thick so took a long time to dry. (Plus they did two treatments, apparently.) My only slight disappointment was that I had to call to get an update on timing, after I hadn't heard anything for a few days. Would have appreciated if they could have called me instead to give an update on progress. Perhaps I'm too anal or perhaps I just beat them to the punch. So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since they did a nice job and were friendly. Would I use them again? Sure.

Actually, there aren't a lot of details to explain on this project. Drake's was willing to come twice. Once to cut laminated flooring for the new cabinets and then to reinstall molding after cabinet installation in both the kitchen and dining room. The company has done work many times in the past 20 years. Carpeting throughout the house was done twice, plus flooring at different times in the bathrooms (tiled floor) and wood laminate in the kitchen, dining room, and halls. Their price has always been good, but the biggest difference was their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Drakes Carpet Cleaning went out of their way to get to my job. We just moved to town and our furniture had not arrived. I called them last minute to see if they could clean the carpets before my furniture arrived and they worked me in. They were up front and honest with what they could do, told me a price and did not pressure me to do anything else. They were very nice and I would use them again.

It was very good! They did a good job. They were just really efficient.

These guys are fantastic! On time, do a quality job, and are really pleasant guys as well. They had several different green options for me to choose from to best accommodate my allergies. Can't say enough good things. They are simply the best.

Scott & his partner are professional, friendly, and very effecient. We liked their work so much we are going to have them do our carpets next.

Diana was great - scheduling, delivering, following up. Her crew showed up on time and completed the job in timely manner. At some point we noticed that the planks of wood used for interlacing between kitchen and entry area were too short - she agreed that it doesn't look good and her guys pulled them out and used longer pieces thus making interlacing almost seamless in the end. The low VOC finishing she uses (by Loba) cured quickly and allowed us to stay in the house - very little off-gassing. One should be aware to not expect this finish to look like the old varnish with "ambering" tint. Seven month later, the finish is holding good.

The carpet had stains on it and they handle that well, according to your website. The job wound up not being needed.

They just cleaned the carpets, because we got outdoor cats. They did a great job, and we're very happy with them. We decided to use them because I read their reviews in Angie's List. They were wonderful, and I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. I thought the price was a little high. Even though the amount I needed cleaned was a smaller area than what their minimum area was, I still had to pay for the full minimum rate, but the work was beautiful.

Everthing went well. They are very good.

We spoke to Sue Drake at the store, and she came and measured. Carpets were installed on the agreed day with no problems.

They were very responsive and professional. They even provided new mats to protect our rugs. We were using a different service, but we'll stick with Drakes from now on.

I did not end up using Drake's services because the upstairs neighbor agreed to replace the flooring with his own flooring person, but I really wished I had had the chance to get Diana's input!

They were super professional. Even nicely putting up with my day sleeper husbands slight moodiness with a smile!

They just always do a great job. My carpets are spotless when they leave. They are really careful with my belongings and really friendly people and knowledgeable.
