CPK mortgage inc. is a Los Angeles based mortgage company devoted to serving our clients and serving the community. Our team has combined its decades of experience to create a concierge-like experience for our clientele. We serve as trusted advisers to our clients helping them navigate the real estate markets. I am a real estate agent. I always had a few lenders I use to refer clients to. Since I would give these people my business I thought when it came time to purchase my own home and get a loan I would be treated great and get the best rates. Was I wrong. After being disappointed with the other quotes from lenders I used (loans filled with fees/poor rates and unanswered phone calls and emails), I asked my friend about the lender she used. Chris was the best! What I especially liked about Chris is that he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my loan. Always friendly and ever so patient. He got me the loan for my house. The fees were minimal, if any (compared to a lot of other brokers). We got me the loan and closed on time. The purchase of my home was a great experience. This was my third home and probably 8th loan and from my experience with other lenders I would recommend Chris to other people. He's the best!
