+ -1 moreTHEY WERE JUST EXCELLENT OVERALL. THEY WERE QUICK AND FAST GETTING THE WORK DONE. THEY GOT IT DONE COMPLETELY, AND THEY WERE CHEAP.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TRANSFERRING DATA FROM MY OLD COMPUTER TO MY NEW ONE AND INSTALLED NEW SOFTWARE.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE STORE. THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCTS. THEY KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY WERE ALL FRIENDLY. I HAD TO DEAL WITH ONLY TWO EMPLOYEES. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: IT WAS A HARD DRIVE REPAIR AND EXPANSION. THEY WERE PUTTING MORE MEMORY INTO A DESKTOP COMPUTER. IT WAS DONE AT THE STORE. I DON'T WORK OUT OF HOME. I NEEDED MORE SPACE BECAUSE IT WAS AN OLDER COMPUTER. THEY REMODELED THE COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreIT WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD THE WORST SERVICE. THE INFORMATION THEY GIVE IS USUALLY WRONG AND THEN THEY DON'T PAY FOR IT. THEY LIE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY GIVE SO THEY CAN SELL YOU A SERVICE AGREEMENT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING, LIKE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A SERVICE. YOU CALL AND THEY SAY THEY DO HAVE IT. YOU TAKE SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE STORE AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE. NONE OF THE SALESPEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO SELL IT. THE MERCHANDISE AT THAT STORE IS SECOND AND THIRD HAND. IT'S LIKE THE CAST-OFF STORE.

+ -1 moreTHEY INDICATED THE TIME IT WOULD BE FINISHED, AND IT WAS LONGER. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS FINE. WE WERE SATISFIED, AND THE PEOPLE WENT IN DEPTH TO EXPLAIN THE SOFTWARE.
Description of Work: THEY DID A MEMORY UPGRADE AND INSTALLATION OF MORE SOFTWARE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY WERE DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS GREAT. MY HUSBAND CALLED AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DO WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET RID OF THE VIRUS AND PROTECT THE COMPUTER.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A VIRUS. THEY HAD TO CLEAN IT UP.
