 + -1 moreThis was the smoothest big appliance transaction I EVER experienced! I tried to do a lot of advance research regarding refrigerators and measuring/remeasuring the old Subzero and all the doors the fridge would have to pass through. I eventually settled on a counter depth side by side white refrigerator, which was fractionally wider than the space of the old Subzero. After getting the pertinent information from APD on price, specifications, the delivery/installation company paid a visit to see what could be done. After they said installation was doable, I went ahead and ordered the fridge from APD. They called, we made an appointment for delivery/installation and after doing some adjustments, they were able to put the new refrigerator in the old space. I am so happy with this whole transaction-would definitely recommend them!
Description of Work: I needed a counter depth side-by-side refrigerator to fill in the space previously taken up by a Subzero. I wanted something inexpensive, with an exterior water/ice dispenser. Visited APD on Tuesday morning and spoke with Adolfo. He took me around and showed me different models, different prices. After deciding on a model, he contacted the manufacturer and was able to supply me with the exact price. He also told me that the delivery/installation company would come out free of charge to take a look at the refrigerator space in advance. After that visit, I ended up buying a Frigidaire FFSC2323L/P from APD; Adolfo called the manufacturer and delivery was arranged for the following week..

 + -1 moreJustina, my salesperson, was a total delight to work with and extremely well informed on all the products I purchased. I have remodeled many homes, but I can honestly say this is the first appliance and plumbing sales company I have ever worked with that is truly professional. They carry mid to high end products and have a good deal of them installed in their showroom to see. She also helped me find quality installers for all of the appliances. I will most definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: I purchased all kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures; Viking oven, microwave and cook top, Thermador column fridge and freezer, Bosch dishwasher, Toto toilets, Kohler sinks and Newport brass plumbing fixtures.

 + -1 moreThis mid to high-end shop carries kitchen and bath appliances. The selection and displays are good and the sales people seem knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the Bosch dishwasher we bought turned out to be a lemon. Once out of warranty, it has broken down and we have had to call repair people out twice.
Description of Work: Purchase of Bosch dishwasher. On another occasion I purchased Toto toilets.
