I ultimately went with another contractor due to my budget but I was fully impressed with Aviv and his proposal. He goes above and beyond - he made 3 visits to my condo to discuss, design, and present his vision. He designed my entire bathroom utilizing Chief Architect so I could see in 3 dimensions our vision. He was professional and competent, I'm keeping him in mind for future projects.

We're still determining when we are going to move forward with our roofing replacement, but AP is on a very short list to perform the job once we're ready. Aviv is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgable, not pushy and great at problem solving tricky areas. You should definitely consider them for your roofing needs.

The team at AP Remodel were very responsive and trust worthy. I had a little issue after the job was done and they were out within hours to take care of the issue.

Aviv came at the appointed time to look at the project new bathroom. He was very professional throughout and was very patient in explaining to us very helpful information to our understanding of our planned project. The project is however presently on hold due to unexpected development on our part but we are still seriously considering hiring to do the project once we finalize plans. We also would be recommending him to our friends to consider his services if their need arises. I give him high marks for honesty and professionalism.

Although I didn't hire Aviv I really liked him a lot. He was very knowledgable, kind, prompt and creative. His prices didn't work for me, but I would feel comfortable recommending him.

Aviv came to the site and gave me a quote for the guesthouse (ADU) that I was wanting to build. He asked a lot of careful questions, and took his time, and wasn't salesy or pushy. He is knowledgeable and calm, and follows up very well. He answered all of my many questions patiently. I interviewed 6 different contractors for the bid and came down to two guys. Aziv was one of them. I ended up going with the other contractor because of price. Aviv was a little more expensive, and had a few more exemptions from the plans that I would have had to pay for on top of his bid.

Fine but more of a designer needed.

Aviv gave a fair price, his guys were on time and efficient. I wasn't completely thrilled, contacted Aviv and he didn't make excuses or shirk responsibility, he agreed to send a guy, Martin, the very next day. The job was done to my ridiculously high standards. They're good people. If they're willing to work with me, I'd be happy to hire them again.

Aviv is one of the most responsive contractors I've worked with over the years. He was on time, communicated each step of the way, and gave us a very fair price for our new cool roof. The project was completed on time, on budget, and looks great. There were a few minor follow-up items (like any project) and like others have noted in reviews he's really quick to address without the usual pushback some other contractors will give you. I recommend this company.

The meeting went well, he was detailed in the explanation of the repairs of my roof and why I needed it, also in the work that would be done, along with any warranties. In addition, to taking pictures/video of work that needed to be done and any and all debris that was left on the roof from the last job.

AP Remodeling has leadership that's uncommonly seen in construction today. The quality of their work is superb and the care they take to get the work done has given me complete peace of mind. The contractor gave me the schedule in advancd, the crew showed up everyday on time, worked all day and cleaned up before leaving each day. They finished the job sooner than promised and you just don't see that in the construction arena today. Prior to choosing AP Remodeling Inc., I had spoken to 2 other contractors who were referred to me. I never heard from one of them again and I was questionable as to the other contractor so after much frustration, I decided to research Angies List. I started with just the remodel of my master bathroom but I loved it so much that I proceeded to remodel my guest bathroom as well. The team is wonderful. Aviv Peretz was my main point of contact and he is exceptional and genuine...not a pushy sales guy. The subcontractors who are the "boots on the ground" and who do the actual work are great. The entire team is punctual, highly responsive, professional and will go above and beyond to work with me on issues, schedule, costs and will offer practical and cost effective solutions. We ran into a variety of unexpected issues but through it all, I appreciate that Aviv was patient and worked with me through it every step of the way...and just an all-around great guy! I intend on working with the team again in the future. In fact, I've also highly recommended them to my coworkers, family and friends.

We're thrilled! We have never done this before and didn't have high hopes but - WOW - are we please!! Aviv is fantastic to work with. He responded immediately, quickly assessed our need and put a plan together. He did what he said he was going to do and kept me informed through the whole process. I know we were not his only client at the time but he did a great job making us feel like we were! :) The plan was clear and executed as promised. Aviv did a wonderful job. He is well prepared and very organized. The job started on time with very few delays, and the only delay was mold in my kitchen. The job was finished in a timely manner. I will hire him again to do my bathrooms when I get ready.

We had several people come out over the past couple of years for a design consultation for a remodel of our kitchen. We did not care for their design layouts. We met Aviv from AP Remodeling Inc and decided to have him come out to evaluate our remodel. Aviv came out and spent several hours reviewing what we wanted. When they returned with a design, we didn't recognize that it was our kitchen. The design blew us away because it was so different from any other designer's suggestions. The design included an island that totally changed the concept of our kitchen. Without adding any square footage to the house, the design doubled the size of our kitchen. The crew did outstanding work, and were a real pleasure to have in our home. Our two small dogs made friends with them immediately! We had a problem with our ceiling, prior to the remodel, that Aviv noticed (we hadn't noticed) and the crew fixed it at a reasonable price. It was brought to our attention during the first visit by Aviv and therefore was included in the overall estimate. From the beginning, we set a limit on our cost, and they were very accommodating to our cost concerns. We are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire Ap remodeling for any future work!

Punctual - he and his crew were on time and schedule for everything. Communication - tailored to us completely. The job site was cleaned everyday and therefore, the impact on the household during construction was minimal. Responsibility - Aviv took ownership of everything. It went very well. Professional and done in a timely manner. Fixed price, which was great, because we knew the work they did was all set, with no last minute increases like most construction/remodeling companies. Aviv was very nice and we felt like he really cared about our wellbeing. We were distressed over the severe water damage caused by an incompetent “handyman,” and he assured us he’d take care of us and that we’d love the finished job and we were. Outstanding experience with Aviv and AP Construction. Already in the initial meeting Aviv spent a lot of time with us discussing the options, made a detailed model for the renovation, had great suggestions for the plan, and the pricing was better than other contractors we interviewed. The bidding and set up could not have been easier or more professional. Got a tour of an in progress job site, was introduced to the homeowner - very useful. The forms and instructions are all clear and well organized. Aviv has been available and very helpful with working out all the little details from design to schedule.
