Description of Work: They never contacted me after I submitted the request for estimate through the Angies List. I even went to their website and filled out an online service request for an an estimate. I was never contacted by them. I just went to the online yellow pages to find a company 25 miles away and dealt directly with them. If Westside doesn't want to deal with internet requests then I'm not going to waste time and talk to them on the phone. The company on that did the work I reached them through the yellow pages.com to their website and submitted a request and heard from them within the day.

Description of Work: I called Armando to schedule an estimate. He said he would meet me at 9 a.m. Never showed and never called. He called me about 1/2 hour later after I called his office. Said he was running late. I am busy and so is he. I organized my morning to accommodate him only for him not to show or call to say he was running late. Thanks for not caring.

 + 5 moreArmando is very attentive to our needs and extremely professional. We are in the process of picking plants for the finishing touches and he has spent a lot of time with his ipad searching out what he thinks might be just the right plant for us. Very personal. I will update this reveiw after the project is complete.
Description of Work: We are in the middle of a massive landscaping project with Armando and his crew and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work. His crew (concrete, masonry, etc) have been professional and hardworking. The project is going very well. The cement work looks absolutely fantastic. They were able to perfectly match existing concrete. They also build a trellis which went up in one day and looks great. The next step is a stone path and plants. Water system and lighting is the finishing touch.

 + -1 moreWe heard of west side landscaping from our neighbors who like us had bought a new home which did not have the back yard done. We had an absolutely pain free experience I would hire them again in a heartbeat! We dealt with Roland who is a very experienced professional and immediately understood what we wanted. It was a large job they got it done and exceeded our expectations!
Description of Work: Landscaping of the entire back yard along with the removal of existing old concrete slabs, installation of sprinkler systems .approximate 2100sq or cement plus adding utilities for outdoor kitchen.

 + -1 moreI do not like them because they charge you for expensive stuff and they use cheaper stuff. I would not use them again in the future and I would not recommend them to anyone.
